FRIENDS OF THE DRILL HALL GALLERY: STUDIO AND GARDEN VISIT

We are also pleased to announce that 'Friends of the Drill Hall Gallery' (ANU, Canberra) will be visiting 'Blairgowrie' next month. Taking place on Saturday 24 October, 1:30–4:30pm visitors will be treated to a behind the scenes look at Imants' artistic practice and enjoy the property's beautiful gardens. 

'Blairgowrie' has been Imants and Jennifer Slatyer's family home for almost thirty years, following their relocation from Sydney. The heritage style garden has been lovingly improved and tended to by Jenny over the decades, and the site-specific studio, designed by architects Sarah and Paul Lucas of Cradle Design (completed in 2013), is a practical yet striking building.
